1. Returns

    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition with tags and packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products bought during special sales or clearance (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos for verification.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may be:
    • Free (in case of damaged/wrong product), or
    • Paid by the customer (for other returns)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
